Flu

So instead of sitting in class taking notes and learning, I am sitting at home sneezing, coughing, hurting, and sweating....I've only had the flu a handful of times, but it's completely knocked me on my ass each time. If I didn't HAVE to go to work, I would have called in sick the last two days. Going to class, which is something I enjoy, has fallen by the wayside because of this sickness. Sleep has been even more elusive than usual, since all I do is shiver or sweat when under the covers.

I miss the days when I could just take some cough syrup with codeine and completely sleep through the flu.
