I miss Vegas....what more can I say? Such an amazing town with so much to do and see and so many people to watch....Ahhh, Vegas. I guess the heat here is just getting to me. If it's going to feel like 100 degrees outside can I at least get a free drink or two while playing video poker? Of course not....this is Detroit. Our casinos are required to charge for any alcoholic beverages.
What's buggin me right now is not the fact that I can't get a free drink in the casino, I mean I barely even drink anyway. My worries stem from my realization that I have no Vegas trip planned any time soon. My December trip fell through and I'm going on a cruise now instead. I am very excited for the cruise, don't get me wrong....but It's just not Vegas, and by the time I recover from the cruise (financially speaking) it'll be late January and I'll have been away from Vegas for an entire year. It's tragic really....
Maybe I can get away between now and then....I'm going to go check and come back later....
